Items which you are not 100% satisfied with can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt provided that the following requirements are met:
- Items must be in an unused/original condition, and in its original wrapping/packaging
- Items labels must be intact
- Postage costs for the items which are to be returned must be produced by you
- An appropriate postage service which ensures you have written proof of postage must be used
For all returns please use the returns address which is located on your invoice or on the parcel itself. Please ensure you include the reasons for refund inside as this will enable us to complete this transaction as quickly and simply as possible. We are unable to offer exchanges.
We recommend sending your parcel second class tracked via Royal Mail*.
(*Please note: We cannot be held liable if item is sent untracked to us and goes missing in transit). Delivery costs can only be refunded for items which are incorrect, damaged or faulty. Once the item is received we will complete the returns process within 10 working days.
