• All European deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Airmail Service.
• Delivery times are approximately 7-10 working days from date of despatch.

• If you are not available at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a card detailing how to collect your parcel or arrange a redelivery. If you are unable to collect the item, a redelivery or refund can only be processed once the item is received back.
• We are unable to change the delivery address once the item has been despatched.

Returns

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund
